METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF INTERACTION SYSTEMS IN INNOVATIVE PROCESSES

Using methodological provision for rational decision-making technology, systems and systems activity approaches, the structure of the innovative activity aimed at updating the effectiveness of the system of public authorities is grounded. Besides, this type of activity is presented as an open system combining the set of internal and external components: the first ones are formed by interacted innovation activities of system-wide, functional and instrumental levels; the second ones include resources, opportunities and favorable preconditions as well as basic types and means of maintenance.
Purpose. The article substantiates the strategic principles of development interaction systems in innovation processes of the region, which includes defining goals on a conceptual basis to ensure the value of interaction, clarifying the composition of subjects and objects of development regional interaction systems, implementation in certain stages.
The article is devoted to the research and substantiation of the author 's theory of interaction in innovation processes. The author proved the need to revise the provisions of modern theories in modern conditions, as they complicate the possibilities and lead to inefficiency of use for the implementation of innovation processes at different levels. The development of the innovation process was determined by the indicators of interaction between the stages and participants of innovation.
The article substantiates the expediency of revising and changing the paradigm of the innovation process based on the priority of the component interaction. The need for such a revision is driven by the acceleration of globalization processes, the change in the concept of partnership in innovation, the transformation of the principles of meeting consumer demands and the creation of new consumer value.
The general situation and the main trends of changing the innovation process organization models are considered in the article. A retrospective review of models of the innovation process revealed the shortcomings of the existing models. First, in all the models there is no focus on the intellectual component of innovation. This deficiency is a common characteristic not only for Ukrainian companies.
The article deals with the theoretical and methodological foundations of modeling the results of innovation processes when developing the enterprise economic security diagnostics mechanism in the spectrum of implementing and using methods of system-comprehensive as well as structural and functional diagnostics when controlling the generalized condition of the business protection in the context of ensuring security of innovative, financial and credit, and investment activity.
