The Problem of Legal Understanding in Modern Society: Administrative Aspect

The relevance of the problem study of legal understanding shall be determined by a combination of ideological, social and political factors, including the urgent need to comprehend legal understanding as the most important regulator of social relations, as well as the need for a critical rethinking of traditional concepts of legal understanding.

The evolution of the life safety phenomenon is considered, the theoretical aspects are analyzed and the essence of the concept "safety of life" and its interpretation in the scientific environment are analyzed. The model of development and scientific principles of life safety is explored. Author's definition of life safety is proposed.

Existential fundamentals of church law

Church law is often identified with canon law, just as the spirit is taken for the soul. In this regard, scientific discussions are taking place, as a result of which there is a search, research interests. We will begin with an analysis of two problems: 1) the categories of dialectics, which fix the degree of unity and difference between scientific concepts and 2) the metaanthropological components of human existence. That is, we will study ecclesiastical law from the standpoint of two alternative concepts - dialectics and metaphysics.

Written 200 years ago, it is considered to be one of the most profound and relevant works in which Hegel creatively based on his dialectical and philosophical method and methodology analyzes the complex processes in the socio-political, legal, economic, moral, psychological and religious life of civil society and the state.

Anthropological origin and motives of human dignity

Anthropological substantiation of human dignity is a topical issue. Man is a creation of God, endowed with positive and negative qualities, but which of them he prefers to decide for himself. The concept of human dignity and its place in human life is clarified. Emphasis is placed on anthropology as a process of creating a person and endowing him with the qualities that God himself has, because man was created in the image of God and must imitate all the positive qualities that are given to him. Emphasis is placed on the qualities that God has given to man.

The civil society as a problem category of philosophical-legal discourse

The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the legal category “civil society”. Civil society as a philosophical and legal category is explored in two dimensions: phenomenal (practical) and abstract-conceptual. In the phenomenal  context, the category is regarded as a characteristic phenomenon of the modern society, which is a living substance, which by its very nature is inflexible and in a state of permanent development.
