In this study dedicated to the management of cybersecurity professionals in the context of full-scale intrusion, significant aspects of this pressing issue have been examined. Drawing from an analysis of the content of cybersecurity professionals' activities and their core concepts, it has been identified that this field encompasses various facets requiring diverse skills and knowledge from these experts. Specifically, cybersecurity experts must possess technical expertise, understand threats and risks, detect and thwart cyberattacks, and adhere to ethical and legal standards.

The article analyzes the structure of the process of professional formation of future managers, identifies the components of the characteristics of a future specialist that ensure effective management of professional formation. The concept of professional formation of the individual, which is considered by scientists as the formation of professional orientation, competence, socially significant and professionally important qualities and their integration, readiness for constant personal and professional growth, is de- fined.

Purpose – The purpose of the article is to develop directions and recommendations for implementing chatbot project as an important element of digitalizing work of HR recruiting manager.

Nowadays co-production is seen as a valuable route to public service reform and to the planning and delivery of effective public services, which is gaining increasing attention. Despite this our understanding of co-production is limited and we still have a lot to learn about how and why coproduction works (and does not). Therefore there is a need to improve knowledge and ability to use co-production successfully. One of the unclear issues are the conditions under which co-production will most likely be effective and how important is trust in this context.

The article presents the approach to the formation of effective management teams, taking into account the complex review of tasks that appear in front of the organization. The development of the modern economy marked the structural changes in which knowledge became the main driving force, and therefore the requirements for organizing managerial labour increased significantly. The path of scientific search for methods of building rational organizational structures lies in the plan of studying the human factor in the field of managerial decision making.

Managing the effectiveness of the organization is one of the main functions of the professional activities of the newest Ukrainian managers. Managing the effectiveness of the organization is a continuous process that logically covers the actions and procedures of the linear manager in a single chain according to the logic of meaningful activity: from the formulation of goals to control the achieved results. The main consequence of the evolution of performance management over the last decade is to focus not only on goals but also on means.

In this article, the phenomenon of corporate ethics is considered. The role of corporate ethics is shown as a basic custom and development of organization control. Corporate ethics is seen as an innovative factor of socio-political transformation. Attention is focused on the need to develop and implement the Code of Conduct in institutions of public administration.

In a highly competitive market enterprises, to increase production and sales, have to invest heavily in the development of stock capital. They make major construction, reconstruction, modernization, purchase and create their own noncurrent assets and other tangible and intangible fixed assets. Such activity of the company is referred to as the activity of capital investment. Its effective operation requires system management on the principles of autonomy and commercialization.
