It is proposed and studied the model of conflict interaction of objects and subjects of cyberspace based on the principles of construction discretionary access control models in information and telecommunication systems. The model can provide information security system in the form of Euclidean product of sets, which components are elements of information security. Cyberspace is defined as the Euclidean metric.

The problem of migration accumulation of tritium, as one of the radionuclides with low radiation doses, is of great value for Ukraine in our time. The current state analysis of the tritium migration accumulation in the components of eco – and biosystems taking into account its biological effect on living organisms is the aim of the study. The paper presents a general model of ecological system state changes under the influence of tritium migration flows.
На практиці інформація про статистичні характеристики адитивної перешкоди є доступною лише в окремих випадках. Більш того, вхідні величини з тих чи інших причин вимірюються неточно і їхні значення можна вказати з деякою непевністю. Задача ідентифікація значно ускладнюється у тих випадках, коли вимірювальний сигнал проходить через природний канал з невідомими статистичними характеристиками. Така ситуація трапляється, наприклад, під час буріння свердловин, коли осьове навантаження на долото і частота його обертання вимірюються наземними приладами.
