The role of civic organizations, including experts from the public sector and the Reanimation Package of Reforms in drafting bills aimed at reforming the law enforcement system of Ukraine is cleared up. The essence of main proposals for solving problems in rebuilding the structure of law enforcement agencies, their tasks and directions of activity to ensure domestic tranquility, protect human and citizens’ rights and freedoms, is revealed.

Problem setting. The current development of Ukraine as a state, which constantly announces its path as irreversibly democratic, makes for more effective cooperation between state authorities and civil society institutions in all spheres of social and political life.

Problem setting. Despite the attempts of state authorities to emphasize the readiness for constructive cooperation, the current state of relations between the state and society in Ukraine does not improve the situation in this direction. Therefore, the necessity of applying different models and approaches to the coordination of management activities between the institutions of society and the state is precisely within the context of public administration.

Problem setting. The rapid development of modern society requires the creation of new forms of cooperation and mutual understanding and requires new forms of communication, which will be characterized by even greater efficiency, openness, transparency, efficiency and quality. The total penetration of communication into all spheres of public life actualizes its significance and functional role.

In Ukraine, media of national minorities support the principles of civil society, tolerance and social stability. Therefore, the analysis of activity of media of national minorities, especially Polish minority in Prykarpattia, is the task of this article.  A key method of the research is the comparative critical analysis of the activities of public organizations and private media of Polish minority in the Pre-Carpathian region.

The article defines the role of public organizations in shaping the ideology ofmodernization of Ukrainian society. Analyzing the activity of modern civil society institutionsin the context of forming the ideology of modernization of the Ukrainian society, we haveidentified the following trends. Civil society institutions are actively involved in the formationof a state course aimed at solving current problems of the Ukrainian society.
