The article formulates the essence of the concept of "digital transformation of business". The main strategic aspects of digitalization in the modern conditions of the functioning of international companies are substantiated. Based on the results of the research, the challenges of digital transformation were identified, and various types of digital business models were analyzed. The reasons that exacerbate problems in the field of digital transformation of business are formulated. Stages of the process of digital business transformation based on change management are recommended.

Purpose. The main trends and applied aspects of the formation of digital literacy of the personnel of communal enterprises in the field of health care in modern conditions are highlighted and recommendations for its improvement are provided.

The author substantiates the relevance of digital forensics in the context of digitalisation of modern society, notes the active use of digital technologies in solving various types of illegal activities in the field of computer information, and defines the concepts of «digital trace» and «digital forensics».

The article defines the essence of the concept of "global startups", and examines the factors influencing their emergence and rapid spread in the global economy. The size of the local market, the state of development of the national innovation ecosystem, the number and availability of resources, the level of competition in the domestic market, state protection of intellectual property rights and technologies, etc.

Annotation. The current conditions of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine are extremely complex, which requires increased efficiency in this area. The purpose of this article was to highlight the main directions of modernization of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine. This study was carried out within the limits of the set goal using the following methods: information-analytical method, system approach method, anamnestic method, descriptive statistics method, descriptive analysis method, forecasting method.

The article is devoted to the study of modern trends in digitalization of public administration. In general, the tendency to transfer the sphere of public administration to a digital format is positively evaluated, because for citizens, digitalization simplifies communication with the authorities and eliminates corruption risks, and for the state, this process means optimization and transparency in activities.

Today, the internet is a tool used in many activities, especially in the public administration system which increases the amount of time EU states are exposed to cyberspace and its risks.

The article examines the regulatory and institutional support of digitalization and cybersecurity of the public administration system in the EU.

The semantic content of the terms “digitalization”, “сyber security” and “eGovernment” was studied.

Problem setting. The public policy in the field of digitization is aimed at forming a qualitative basis for technological evolution and creating conditions for sustainable progress in all spheres of human and society’s life.  Currently, the process  of digital transformation of public administration is one of the priority directions in the conditions of increasing global challenges of digital technological development.

Experts considered the concept of the essence of "Industry 4.0" under European integration conditions. The problems, prospects, threats, and possibilities of processes of formation and further development of Industry 4.0 in Ukraine under the conditions of European integration are studied. The structure of approaches to the global interpretation of the "Industry 4.0" concept is given.

The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological issues of digitalization of the process of work of an HR manager with personnel and justification of the possibility of investing in digitalization of the enterprise.
