DETERMINING THE INFLUENCE OF CONTINUOUS SECTION SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS ON STRESSES OVER A WIDE RANGE OF VIBRATION FREQUENCY

Problem statement. Considering the prospects of using discrete-continuous vibration machines, there is a need to study the properties of continuous sections, which are elastic plates, in a wide range of frequencies. Purpose. It consists of studying the frequency response of continuous sections of various shapes and sizes from the harmonic disturbance force and identifying the frequency ranges in which the maximum stresses will be observed. Methodology. A schematic diagram of a discrete-continuous oscillating system is given.

Research of Dynamics of the Vibrating Machine's Downloading With the Vertical Movement

The purpose of research. The main purpose of the work is to develop mathematical software for studying the dynamics of vibration machines of volumetric processing, and calculate the influence of various factors on the efficiency of the process based on applied systems of automated mathematical calculations, including MathCad and MatLab. Method. The research was carried out on the basis of a class of vibrating machines with unbalanced drive type and spring suspension.

Implementation Sommerfeld effect of vibration, inertia-driven site

The article works out and models the vibrating ground the resonant modes in which are based on Sommerfeld effect. It also shows the analytical dependence for calculation of inertial, inflexible and power parameters of oscillating systems which provide the working near-resonant modes of the vibrating machine functioning by inertial perturbation. The mathematical model of such machine is made and motion of its oscillating anddebalance masses in transitional and fixed work regimes is analysed. The theoretical results are experimentally confirmed.
