The results of the study of the chloroform extract of the herb Ranunculus acris L. are presented, in particular the content of biologically active substances and antioxidant activity. 33 volatile compounds were identified: fatty acid esters, higher fatty acids, saturated hydrocarbons (alkanes), monocyclic and bicyclic monoterpenoids, etc. It was established that the chloroform extract has an antioxidant effect. In addition, the significant content of biologically active substances in the lipophilic volatile fraction of Ranunculus acris L.

Наведено результати дослідження хлороформного екстракту трави Ficaria verna, зокрема хімічний склад та антиоксидантну активність. Ідентифіковано 38 летких сполук: вищі жирні кислоти, естери жирних кислот, моноциклічні та біциклічні монотерпеноїди, насичені вуглеводні (алкани) тощо.  Встановлено, що хлороформний екстракт проявляє антиоксидантну дію. Крім того, значний вміст біологічно активних речовин у ліпофільній леткій фракції Ficaria verna. свідчить про перспективи подальших досліджень.
